Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

All domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate of $12. Packages are sent via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We gladly ship worldwide at a flat rate of $50. Please be aware that any duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are prepared and shipped promptly.

  • Domestic (U.S.): Estimated arrival is 5–7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • International: Estimated arrival is 5–14 business days after shipping confirmation, depending on your location and customs processing times.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.

ALL SALES FINAL

At Sachi Skin Studio, each product is carefully curated to meet professional skincare standards. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products, services, or digital items.

  • Once a product has left our studio, it cannot be returned.

  • Orders cannot be credited toward other services or products.

  • By purchasing, you agree to these terms at checkout.
